Warner Bros., the studio that brought us the giant and legendary movie titles such as "Harry Potter", "The Dark Knight" and "The Hobbit" will now be exploring the side of children animation. One of its remarkably successful films "The LEGO movie" has been granted to have a spinoff.
Rob Schrab, one of the most respected directors in Hollywood have been named to helm the film. His credit includes "The Sarah Silverman Program", "The Mindy Project", "Monster House" and "Children's Hospital". His long list of achievements won the Chris Miller and Phil Lords praises and.
"The LEGO movie" spinoff, which was referred to as "LEGO 2" finally takes the official title of "The LEGO Movie Sequel". Warner Bros. gave out official release dates of the other LEGO films such as LEGO Ninjago which will be premiering on September 23, 2016 and the LEGO Batman to hit the theaters on 2017.

Will Arnett's LEGO Batman won the approval of many as the actor played with Batman's traits and turned it into comedic puns. This is perhaps why Warner Bros., allowed a solo movie to be made. The film will be helmed by director Chris McKay and will be penned by writer Seth Grahame-Smith. Phil Lord and Chris Miller will be working closely with these two to create the funniest side of Batman.

The initial characters are the voice talents of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Will Ferrell, Charlie Day, Liam Neeson, Alison Brie and Morgan Freeman. There are still no official announcement if the following will be reprising their roles.
