By

Samsung had announced to the public the Samsung Galaxy A7, the newest member of the Samsung A-series at the Mobile World Congress held at Barcelona, Spain earlier this March. The Galaxy A7 has completed the A series with its large screen feature. The Galaxy A7 is a 5.5 inch phablet with a sleek aluminum body.

Aside from its sleek metallic body, the Samsung Galaxy A7 has features which would wow its users. One of which is the thinness of its entirety. It is considered thinner compared to Apple's iPhone 6 and Samsung's very own Galaxy S6 with its size of 6.3 mm. thick. The A7 is also built nicely and proportional to its other sizes. It measures 151 mm tall and 76.2 mm wide which is larger compared to the iPhone 6 Plus. The Samsung Galaxy A7 has a 5.5 inch super AMOLED display. It has a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels with a pixel density of 401 ppi.

The camera feature can also be considered as satisfactory. The Samsung Galaxy A7 has a 13 mp rear (main) camera with a single LED flash for lighting. The A7 also has a good video resolution which is in a 1080 resolution which could take up to 30 frames per second. For users who are fond of taking selfies, the front cam of the Samsung Galaxy A7 is 5 MP.

Samsung Galaxy A7 users would find that their devices run with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, a 64 bit system chip with 8 Cortex A5s which runs up to 1.5 GHz. The Snapdragon 615 is a notch below the Snapdragon 810 system chip but functions satisfactorily as well. It holds a 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. It has a 16GB internal storage which is expandable through a Micro SD.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 is also capable of a 4G LTE connectivity which is quite good. This would make the Galaxy A7 although not remarkable but efficient enough for its users.
