Before the end of the taping of Justin Bieber's guesting in CCR, he cued a bang for the viewers - one that amused a lot of the audience and one that hurt and ridiculed his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. During the entire session, Selena became the target of many other cruel jokes.
"There's someone in my life that I owe a special apology to. I'm talking about someone that I really loved and lost because I screwed it all up. But, thankfully, that special someone, the love of my life, is here tonight. I just want a second chance, so if you could come on out," the 21-year-old said. Everyone was expecting to see Selena Gomez pop out from the back stage, but instead what came out shocked them all the more. It was Mally, his pet monkey, who showed up to accept Justin's apology.
During the interview, Jeffrey Ross also joked about Justin's masculinity: ""Is it true you dumped her because she grew a moustache before you?" A lot of people roared into laughter while others were disappointed and took the hurt for Selena.
Selena Gomez has been reported to be freaking out about the roast with Justin Bieber as its guest. She was sure that her controversial relationship with the pop singer would be the sizzling topic of the comedy show. And unfortunately, it turned out she was right.
However, she was lucky to have the world-renowned music producer and DJ Zedd by her side. According to Hollywood Life, Zedd comforted her with words of reassurance that her worries are far more complicated than the actual situation. "What can they say that hasn't already been said?" he said.
As for Justin, he had Kourtney Kardashian & Kendall Jenner to lean on after he was skewered on the comedy show. Both women knew that Justin is not good at taking jokes, especially ones that ridicule people who are important to him. Justin has also been a friend of the Kardashian family for years now, so the attendance of the two is something that people should expect from the start. U.S. Weekly announced that the interview will air 10 p.m. on Monday, the 30th.
