"Final Fantasy XV" has just recently revealed the summon system in "Episode Duscae" demo. The summons will play a major part in the plot of the upcoming game as well as the actual combat in its gameplay. "Episode Duscae" will be available in the PlayStation Store for a limited time only and it in-game product placement.
Square Enix has been very particular in the details of their Final Fantasy Franchise. The game producer has been very careful in designing the enigmatic logo design to the minute details of an airship in all of its Final Fantasy game. This includes the use of in-game product placement in their Final Fantasy game series, of which the most notable is the Panasonic mobile phones used by Cloud in "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children".
Subsequent titles also used in-game product placement and Final Fantasy XV is no exception. With the recently revealed "Episode Duscae" players were able to see that Square Enix has placed several Coleman labelled camping gears in game. This includes almost all the camping equipment used by Noctis and his crew in "Final Fantasy XV" and it really stay true with the "Fantasy based on Reality" concept of the upcoming game.
Speaking of Fantasy, Summons and Eidolons has always played a major role in the Final Fantasy franchise but it will have a bigger role in the upcoming "Final Fantasy XV". Fans will be able to test the might of the Summons and Eidolons in "Episode Duscae". According to the latest report, Ramuh will be available in game and he can be summoned to help Noctis and his crew to take down their enemies.
The summon system has been entirely reworked compared to past Final Fantasy games. Summons will have an integral connection to the game's plot and they won't be simply summoned with a push of a button. There are several conditions which players must meet in order for them to use their summons. In "Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae", Ramuh can be summoned if Nocits is down to an extremely low health. He will be able to call Ramuh, which is portrayed as a giant elderly man, to strike his enemies with lightning. The impressive graphics of the game will enhance the visual experience of the players as the eidolon lends a hand to Noctis and his crew.
"Final Fantasy XV" is currently under development but players may get to experience "Episode Duscae" demo which is now available in PlayStation Store.
