The Young and the Restless for the rest of the week once again centers on the accident Christine had that killed her unborn baby. In particular, Nikki continues her machinations and schemes surrounding the incident to prevent the truth from resurfacing.
In the March 17 episode of The Young and the Restless Victor tries to convince Nikki to tell the entire truth behind the accident and highlights among other things that what really happens will soon come out. Also, Nikki's confession may be the key for the long-awaited reconciliation between her and her daughter.
In the end, Victors gives up on Nikki and warns her that if she cannot be straightforward about the accident then she can at least "fabricate" a story believable enough. He further counsels her that the evidence and testimonies of the witnesses point the opposite of her story; and this surely works to her demise.
As a lot of scenarios are uncovered; much attention is given to Neil's part in the accident. This puts him in the spotlight. Hilary starts to ask Devon what Neil is going through for his actions are starts to affect her. As things get worst, Neil resorts to talking to Paul about the accident. Moreover before this week ends in The Young and the Restless, Neil announces something shocking. What could be Neil's announcement about? Will Paul persuade to reveal the truth about the accident despite Nikki's tight prohibition? How will things turn out that Neil finally speaks up?
Still in relation to Christine's accident, Hilary feels guilty and responsible for Neil's drinking at the night of the accident. However, Devon assures her that whatever happens to Neil even if he confesses or not will not have adverse effects on her. Hilary will not be implicated in the crime.
The Young and the Restless airs from Mondays to Fridays at 12:30 p.m. on CBS; but it will be preempted on Thursday and Friday due to CBS Sports coverage of NCAA Basketball.
