After having been reported to come out this year, fans are now eagerly anticipating what Assassin's Creed: Victory will bring to consoles. A number of leaks suggests that the latest installment will have a Victorian atmosphere set in 19th century London, new assassin.
Ubisoft has teased the Assassin's Creed: Victory to bring players Victorian experience in London. The previous games Assassin's Creed: Unity was set in Paris during the French Revolution, while Assassin's Creed: was set in the 15th century Italy, the Caribbean, and Colonial Boston and New York.
Assassin Creed writer Darby McDevitta is confident of their masterpiece with their unlimited ideas for the game's storyline as the Canada-based gaming studio also wants to keep the series running for a long time.
"We've created 500, 600, 700 years' worth of history that we hope to start teasing out for the next 10, 20 years or however long we're around," McDevitta said. "I particularly love the lore. I've been working the past two years, with all the other writers, on getting a great document together on the First Civilization."
Aside from the classic yet fresh location, Ubisoft will also top bill a new assassin in Victory in a hope to achieve a more stirring gameplay experience. In December 2014, Ubisoft first announced the upcoming Assassin's Creed installment is indeed in the works following leaks of details and images obtained by Kotaku circulated around the web.
Overall gameplay experience has been in the core of Ubisoft's goals for the next game as Unity players have reported too many glitches. The studio is still patching problems like faceless characters and float-y instructions with Unity to ensure maximum experience. Overpopulating the game is also another problem with Unity. Too many characters on screen affects creating frame rate issues on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
A pre-order page has now been set up for the game indicating the December 2015 release. Assassin's Creed: Victory is expected to hit E3 2015 first come June for a demo and official announcement of exact release date to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
