As Batman: Arkham Knight to release by June 2 this year in Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms, recently reported that its DLC already appeared as an Amazon pre-order together with its new weapons, items as well as abilities. But, the pre-order comes not just one DLC pack, but two, with no additional charge.
Based from the given description from the Amazon site, it says, "For the first time in the Arkham series take on the role of Joker's psychotic side-kick Harley Quinn and wreak havoc inside the Blüdhaven Police Department." The site also added further details about the Story Pack experience events that will revolve around the Arkham Knight while rescuing someone during a crime.

Apart from the Harley Quinn story pack, Red Hood will partner with Batman: Arkham Knight's DLC packs. One interesting fact for gamers is that they can have two DLC packs with no additional charges.
Harley Quinn and Two-Face are among of the villains that will counteract against the Dark Knight, aside from Joker, the notable antagonist. During the series, Batman will face a lot of troubles, yet, above all, he will encounter one of his ultimate threats against the city he protects.
Apart from having its additional antagonists that will go against him, he will also take the gamers to the world of Gotham City. He will have his iconic and legendary vehicle which will go along his fighting journey throughout the Batman Arkham series.
