'Rock Band 4' PS4 , Xbox One Release Date: Game official launching revealed? Supports over 2000 tracks since 2007

Harmonix Music Systems together with Mad Catz are teaming up for the next version of Rock Band that will be made available for PS4 and XBox One consoles this year. It is believed that Rock Band 4 will be supporting over 2000 tracks since its launch in 2007

According to a website report, Steve Janiak of Harmonix stated that in the newest Rock Band game, "energy and excitement" of playing music live with friends are doubled with the help and efforts of Mad Catz.

Mad Catz couldn't be happier working with Harmonix in bringing back the band together for the launch of Rock Band 4, President and CEO Darren Richardson said.

Also, the site reported that Rock Band 4 includes over 2000 tracks with more than 500 legendary rock music artists. Thus hundreds of these tracks will be available during the launch with more back catalog music and new tracks to be added regularly after the launch.

Meanwhile, players who have already been playing the game using the last generation consoles will still be able to download already purchased tracks and use them in their new platforms for free.

Moreover, Harmonix is quite moved that people are still excited about the release of the new franchise. In fact thousands of users are still playing the said Rock Band game each month. Although no official announcements that were revealed just yet, the game developer assuresd fans that they are working pretty hard to make it happen.

Furthermore, Mad Catz is contributing a range of new ingredients in style including a feature of a band in the box with guitar, drum kit and a microphone.

Rock Band 4 with over 2000 tracks included will be made available for PS4 and Xbox One consoles later this year. Although no official announcements were released just yet, more details will be made available in May.
