Bungie released Patch 1.1.2 for Destiny. This patch is said to fix vault space, raid fixes, audio and visual, PvP ammunition, and strike. These five elements comprised the Live Team module for the said game, considered as the focus of gameplay.

Jay Weinland, Bungie's Head of Audio, cited about how his team brought out the audio improvements for the players' best gaming experience.
He said, "We've put a lot of thought into the best way to answer player feedback when it comes to audio. It's been clear that there are times when you want to elevate the voices of your friends above the mix. Chat Volume is a setting that will let you adjust the players on your team in a range from 50% up to +125%."
He added that this particular feature enables player to adjust all in-game dialogue through its Game Volume. Aside from the in-game dialogue, it also manages the sounds effects and the music in general into one cohesive unit with a range of 0% to 100%.
Weinland also said that the Chat Volume allows players to adjust chat volume [from the name itself] from the speakers, not on the chat headset since they noted that players should have their own adjustments for their headset volume.
