Harry Styles is reportedly leaving One Direction. Just recently, their resident bad boy, Zayn Malik, had finally quit the band. Some reports claimed that Harry Styles had been aiming to launch a solo career ad venture into different areas in the business.
Just recently, Zayn Malik, 22, had expressed his apologies to their fans for finally deciding to leave the boy band, One Direction, after five long years. Sources said that Malik was fed up with all the fame and just wanted to lead a normal life. "He has become increasingly disappointed with the little amount of time he can spend with Perrie. Unfortunately she is in a band too, they have so little time together. Zayn appreciates how lucky he is, but life is about family for him and he is seeing too little of his loved ones," a source said.
Now, reports have resurfaced regarding Harry Styles' impending plan to leave One Direction. According to a source, "Harry would love to break out on his own as a solo artist. He really wants to get away from the teeny-bop stuff and sing a rock record," adding that, "When he first auditioned for X Factor he was a huge fan of English rockers "Oasis" and wanted to sing rock anthems - just like them."
The 21 year-old singer had been also recording with different producers now. Other reports claimed that Styles has been "desperate to break into movies."
His band mates on the other hand, were said to be just waiting for the day that Styles would finally quit so that they can all continue their careers as solo artists.
But for now however, "The boys want reassurances from Harry that he's in the group for the long haul," an insider shared, and that, "They won't let him just use them for his own career ambitions. They want to know what's really going on."
The past couple of months have been a whirlwind of emotions for the world-famous boy band and they have just very recently broken their silence regarding Zayn Malik's decision to quit.
