Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Update: Four New Multiplayer Maps, Custom and Bonus Weapons, Exo Grapple Skill, Exo Zombies Infected Trailer, And More

By

Sledgehammer has just released a new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC pack, Ascendance; and a new trailer, Exo Zombies Infection. The latest DLC brings in bonus weapon, custom weapon variant, four new multiplayer maps and a new Exo Grapple skill.

The bonus weapon includes the OHM-operated energy light machine gun/shotgun hybrid, while the custom weapon variant OHM Werewolf. Exo Grapple ability enables players a faster and more convenient way to get to advantage starting points or a ruthless secondary weapon to pull in the competition on Ascendance maps.

Ascendance maps features Site 244, a three-lane map focusing in a crashed alien spacecraft's fuselage amidst a backdrop of rubbles in Mt. Rushmore, USA. To crack open an alien microorganism and boost perks and Exo abilities, use the map-based scorestreak.

Climate is another map of high-tech man-made utopia in a lush, climate-controlled enclosure. Water and land directs battle around the central island structure. Be on guard of river water as it changes from a player's advantage into a fatal bubbling hurdle.

While bound for the Chop Shop map, beware of shootouts through the black market exoskeleton industrial complex. To gain full control of an Advanced Repulsion Turret that releases fatal rays to lock down key areas, activate the map-based scorestreak. Perplex is the five-story modular apartment complex. When constructions drones change apartment modules, develop new paths and cover positions, adjust strategy mid-match.

Meanwhile, the latest Advanced Warfare trailer, Infected, reveals the four atlas workers engaging in a battle against a band of horrible zombies. The new Exo Zombies episode shows the outskirts of an atlas facility where there plague alive masses, a forceful stash of traps and armor, and the Burger Town.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Ascendance DLC2 will be available first via Xbox Live on 31st March, all other platforms will follow shortly after. Ascendance will be out on Xbox One and Xbox 360 today. It will be available at $14.99, and at $49.99 as part of the season pass.
