Ubisoft has officially announced that Assassin's Creed Chronicles will now be a Trilogy. Set in three different locations starting off with China then India and Russia where these games will bring gamers in locations and ears that they have yet to explore in the said franchise, a source reported. First game is reported to release its debut on April 21st while the second and third games' official release dates were not yet confirmed.
According to IDigitalTimes, an official trailer of the "trilogy series" has already been published for all gamers to know on what to expect with the all new Assassin's Creed Chronicles games. According to the site, the 100-second clip introduces the characters and the host countries that will span more than centuries beginning in the 1500's through the late 19th century to the three largest countries in the planet namely, China, India and Russia.
The site further explained that Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China will set in 1526 introducing Shao Jun, the main player and a former trainee of Ezio Auditore. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India on the other hand will introduce Arbaaz Mir, an Assassin who is in a mission of tracking down a Master Templar in an adventure set in 1841. Lastly, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia will complete the trilogy where players are transported to the 19th century and allowing them to meet the assassin in the name of Nikolai Orelov.
Moreover, it has been noted that each trilogy has its own distinct traits in story, settings, characters and art features still they are connected to one another which was confirmed by Art Director Glenn Brace saying, "They're all illustrative, and that brings them together."
Furthermore, Assassin's Creed Chronicles' fans won't have to wait long enough especially to gamers who are anticipating having the first trilogy experience. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is now set on April 21st while no official announcements have been made yet for India and Russia.
