DC Entertainment recently released a "Pull Forward" trailer that features key scenes from the upcoming episodes of their superhero TV series 'The Flash,' according to a recent report by Deadline. A trailer similar to the one released online was also shown at the recent WonderCon 2015, along with 'The Flash' panel that consisted of Candice Patton (who plays Iris West), Carlos Valdez (Ramone Cisco), Danielle Panabaker (Caitlyn Snow), and executive producer Andrew Kreisberg.
With only a few episodes remaining before 'The Flash' season 1 ends, fans have begun to have questions about what to expect in the next season. Fortunately, the WonderCon 'Flash' panel provided fans of the show a taste of what they will get by the premiere of the second season.
One of the main things that Kreisberg assured fans is the appearance of several Flash villains that have not yet made their debut in season 1. "I think we definitely want to meet the Mirror Master next year. I'm sure Dr. Alchemy will show up at some point. And we've got one thing that hopefully people will lose their minds over," Kreisberg answered when asked whether or not characters such as Wally West or the Mirror Master would make an appearance on the show. "If there's something that existed in the Flash universe, no matter how crazy or how silly, there's a good chance it'll be on the show."
Other topics that were discussed during the panel were Iris' relationship with both Barry and the Flash, Caitlin and Ronnie's marriage, and the former's transformation into Killer Frost. When asked when fans could expect to see her turn into the formidable villain, Panabaker simply stated, "You're going to see her sooner than you think."
Meanwhile, things are starting to get more interesting in the upcoming 'Flash' episodes. The next one, titled "All-Star Teamup," features another epic crossover between the two superhero TV series giants, 'The Flash' and 'Arrow.' According to the sypnosis for the 18th episode, Barry and his gang will get a visit from Felicity Smoak (played by Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray Palmer (played by Brandon Routh), who are looking for help regarding the A.T.O.M. suit. A villain named Brie Larvin (Emily Kinney) will unleash a swarm of robotic bees to exact vengance on her former co-workers. Finally, a dinner date with Barry, Iris, Eddie, Ray and Felicity will go horribly wrong.
'The Flash' returns to the small screens on April 14 on CW.
