'OC' former star Mischa Barton filed several cases in Los Angeles Superior Court against her manager and mom Nuala Barton. Apparently the 29-year-old English-Irish actress' lawsuits rooted from her mother alleged greediness and exploitation of her hard-earned money.

According to E! Online the actress- model's lawsuits filed on Tuesday were breach of oral contract; fraudulent misrepresentation and others related cases. The media outfit also shared that the young Barton complained that her mother is shooing her away from their home in Beverly Hills, which bought for amount of $7.8 million and drawn from her savings.

"This action arises from the tragic tale of a greedy stage mother posing a talent manager who, instead of acting in best interest of her daughter/client, schemed to defraud her unsuspecting victim," stated in court documents.

Reportedly, Mischa's lawsuits are not only an action to take back her assets, but also to stop Nuala in managing her career. The 'Sixth Sense' star also mentioned that her mother is intentionally harming her.

" [Mischa] recovery of what her own mother stole from her and to be able to proceed with her career free of the meddling that Nuala continues to engage and in damages she continues to cause," the actress' statement as per court documents.

"From the outset, Nuala positioned herself to siphon her daughter's hard-earned money by purportedly acting as her talent manager - a role for which Nuala had absolutely no experience or training," Mischa's lawyer Alex Weingarten said.

People reported that in 2014, Mischa's house was in for closure and she also faced $100,000- mortgage obligation. The magazine also added that Nuala and her husband, Paul, are jobless and she used her daughter's name to establish businesses.

"[Nuala] exploited [Mischa]'s name to start a handbag line and a fashion boutique," People's source divulged.

In addition to Mischa's allegations, USA Today reported that Nuala did hocus-pocus for actress talent fee for 'The Hoarder.' Barton believes that besides Nuala's cut as her manager, she got by tricking amount of her salary.

"Nuala currently refuses to provide Barton with any of the funds she earned (and continues to earn in the form of residual payments) for her acting, modeling and endorsement services," as stated in Mischa's complaint paper.

"These revelations of exploitation and fraud, coupled with ongoing instances of bullying and verbal abuse, eventually led to the breakdown of Barton and Nuala's personal and professional relationship."
