Kristen Stewart appears bitter about the engagement of her ex Robert Pattinson to FKA twigs whom he dated for barely a year. She and her 'Twilight' co-star were dating for years but she never got the chance to wear a 'promise' ring or an engagement ring for that matter. The actress is also rumored to wed with Alicia Cargile as a revenge plan.
Although Kristen's camp asserts that she's doing well and that she's completely moved on, it seems that the engagement news hit her really hard. In fact, she would never have bothered to send a representative to assure the public of her putting things behind her, reported Celebrity Dirty Laundry.
'Kristen is doing fine,' the source said. "Working and travelling, and she will survive Robert's engagement. She has her own life and has moved on."
The source also added that moving out of the relationship gave her some sort of a refreshing freedom in view of the media attention that she 'struggled with' during her relationship with Rob.
"Kristen lives a much more low-key life now and seems happier. It was obvious that she was struggling with the media attention (during her relationship with Rob)," the insider added.
Another noteworthy thing is that Kristen and Rob did not publicly address their relationship, not until she apologized for the breakup.
On the other hand, Robert is yet to address the circulating rumors that he and FKA will soon tie the knot after 6 months of dating relationship, reported Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, recent rumors claimed that Kristen plans to backfire against Rob by marrying her rumored girlfriend Alicia Cargile. The 'Twilight' actresses' sexual preference has been placed into question following her breakup with Rob.
