Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls Ultimate Evil Edition is now compatible with PC, Xbox One, and PS4 platforms with its latest 2.2.0 patch. The patch, however, is only live in the Americas. The patch involves a number of updates on game features for a better gameplay experience, including new treasure goblins, Legendary items, a helpful vacuum pickup feature and a whole lot more.
Item updates reveal a variety of improvisations. 3 sets have been added: Wrath of the Wastes for Barbarian, Unhallowed Essence for Demon Hunter, and Delsere's Magnum Opus for Wizard, according to Play Station LifeStyle. Some of the original sets have been modified too. Another interesting addition are the 3 new goblin breeds: Gilded Baron, Insufferable Miscreant, and the Gelatinous Sire.
Also, there are 20 new Legendary items offered in Diabl 3 patch 2.2.0 as revealed by Blizzard Entertainment as saying, "This patch brings the introduction of many new Legendary rings. We hope to these rings lead to new and exciting build opportunities for players to explore."
New seasonal Legendary items have also been included, and the same item segregation by class is still observed.
Looting items is also made easier with the new vacuum pickup feature that "vacuums" all nearby items of the same type and activates when the player picks up an item. "We've implemented what we call "vacuum pickup" to alleviate how often you have to click to pick up a large quantity of items while maintaining some aspect of the physical pickup act," game developers commented.
Players can increase their blood shard cap through a personal best achievement in Solo Greater Rifts. This grew out of the game developers wish for a higher regard for solo achievements.
"We would like to celebrate the individual accomplishments of players and personal progression on Solo Greater Rift leaderboards is great place to start. The Diablo franchise is Blizzard's masterpiece," they added.
Players will certainly appreciate the changes that come with this Diablo 3 latest patch 2.2.0 now available in western countries. Those players from other regions are requested to stay tuned.
