Have you ever watched a couple dance so well together that it's utter magic? Pro dancer-choreographer Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Olympic athlete Meryl Davis may not be a romantic pair, but when they get together on the dance floor, it's just rapturous.
Fans of the 2014 Dancing With the Stars champs are thrilled that they will come together again for the SWAY: A Dance Trilogy that's all set on June 5 & 6 at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom. Maksim had stated that Meryl just loves being part of the dance extravaganza. The two professional dancers will delight fans and sizzle anew when SWAY unfolds.
Meryl had tweeted that she will join Sway again, stating that it'll be a blast.Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 35, has been touchy feely with very popular and beautiful celebrities, including Jennifer Lopez, to whom he was linked last year.
Maksim clarified, though, that he's not romancing J. Lo. He just happens to be the affectionate type. A few years ago, Maksim had a serious thing going on with Sports Illustrated model & actress Kate Upton.
Yet it's sweet Meryl that the Russian dance pro continues to gravitate to. They really look so cute together. When they're performing, they're a combustible pair. Both also share an intense devotion for the work they do. People have unceasingly asked if there was something 'special' between Maksim and Meryl. Given the chemistry they have, the passion, and the fun they have while executing great moves on the dancefloor, audiences surmise that love may have blossomed for the couple.
Love is certainly not out of the equation, but as Maksim' brother Val Chmerkovskiy once said, it's more of a brotherly-sisterly love.Maksim and Meryl certainly value their friendship.
