After a series of long delays, it seems that fans of Uncharted will have to wait another year before they can experience the full beauty of Uncharted 4. According to a post on Playstation.com, Uncharted 4 A Thief's End is set for a 2016 spring release.
"Thank you for your patience - we know the extra wait will be excruciating, but you'll see it will be worth it as we reveal more about Uncharted 4 over the next year... Come Spring 2016, you and Nate are in for one thrilling, emotional ride."
One year of development seems to be needed for Naughty Dog to ensure Uncharted 4 is done to perfection. Within the next months, it is important for Naughty Dog to work hard to make the wait worthwhile.
Haul in the best of the best
DualShockers reported that Naughty Dogs brought in two of the best graphics artist there are today. These include Glauco Longhi, a Brazilian sculptor/CG artist and Jacob Norris, texture and environment artist who worked for Konami on big titles such as Metal Gear Solid V The phantom pain and Sunset Overdrive, Resistance 3 and Fuse.
They are the best artists currently employed by Naughty Dogs to ensure the graphical masterpiece of Uncharted 4. This inclusion of top-notch CG artists is one of the biggest move Naughty Dogs have undertaken to ensure Uncharted 4 will be the best in the series.
As of the moment, there are no further details in the development of Uncharted 4, but there are confirmation from different sources that the game is good. One of these confirmations come from Megan Ellison, movie producer for films such as American hustle, her and Zero dark thirty. She posted on twitter,
Though a solitary tweet doesn't mean that the game will be wonderful for everyone, but coming from an established movie producer, it is a huge positive feedback. Nevertheless, Neil Druckmann, Naughty Dog creative director, hinted this brief summation posted on Gamesradar of the next installment's storyline,
"The story has to stand on its own, definitely...And I think there should be enough hints and reveals to make you understand who Nathan Drake was in those previous adventures, even if you haven't played them. If you have, then you'll understand, on a much deeper level, the nuances both of Drake and his relationships."
