Show runners of TV series The Flash promise that fans will not be disappointed on its return after a brief hiatus. Reports indicate that team Arrow and The Walking Dead actress Emily Kinney guest stars as the upcoming episode's villain.
Episode 18 is appropriately titled All Star Team. Felicity Smoak and Ray Palmer back up S.T.A.R. as a new adversary threatens the city. The villain comes in a meta-human form called the Bug-Eye Bandit and has the ability to let loose swarms of robotic bees. Bug-Eye Bandit is revealed to be Brie Larvin and targets his former co-workers.
The Flash spoilers disclose that Bug-Eye Bandit is outwit by the Arrow, the Flash and Atom after one tough fight but this is not the icing on top for this episode as our heroes proceed to a faceoff with Harrison Wells' Reverse Flash. Teasers on episode 18 show that he is a challenging foe, in fact, Barry Allen receives a bad beating while someone from the team suffers from a deadly fall. Nonetheless, after a hard fight, Barry takes down Reverse Flash. This rare action scene is something The Flash fans do not want to miss.
Putting action and banging aside, one exciting part of episode 18 of The Flash is Barry, Felicity, Ray and Iris' double date. Any The Flash should not fail to watch this scene considering Barry and Iris's interesting background. Moreover, Barry is forced to expose his identity to Eddie to seek assistance from him in protecting Iris from Dr. Wells. All Star Team airs April 14.
Episode 19 of The Flash takes Joe and Cisco to Starling City to uncover the mystery surrounding Dr. Wells. The said episode entitled Who Is Harrison Wells bring the two to Starling and recruits the help of Captain Lance to look for answers regarding Dr. Wells' identity. There, Cisco meets Black Canary who asks him help. Meanwhile, at Central City, Barry faces a shape shifter. He needs to catch a meta-human, Hannibal Bates whose ability involves transforming into every person he touches. Who Is Harrison Wells airs April 21.
Teasers for Episode 20, entitled The Trap is also out. From the title itself, Barry, Caitlin, Cisco and Joe set up a trap especially for Dr. Wells. The team heads out to an intensified S.T.A.R. Labs prison. Teasers reveal that in the course of setting the entire thing up, he places his life in grave danger, in fact, it may really kill him. The Trap airs on April 28.
