Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 3 unveils new features and characters including a speculated new super saiyan form for Goku. The game which has provided unending fun since its release on late February will receive an upgrade that is already getting a lot of hype as early as now.
There are 3 DLC packs, with the first and second already released, but the third is the one that is gaining much of the attention and for a reasonable cause.
DLC pack 1 came out last March and added features like GT Goku, Pan, and Gt Trunks. Additionally, time patrol quests along with 12 new quests, 15 special moves, and five costumes for characters were added. However, for the remaining two DLC packs, release dates are yet to be announced.
Although, it is known that the DLC 3 of Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be bringing Frieza's new Golden form from the newest movie, Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F', to the game. However, Goku's equivalent new super saiyan form which will also be featured in the upcoming movie is not yet formally announced to be included in the game. Though, screens from the movie shows that Goku's new super saiyan form will now have spiky blue hair. Additionally, the movie is bound to be released this coming April 18.
However, it is likely that the new super saiyan form will be included in the DLC pack that will contain Frieza's new golden form. It is already been announced for the title for handhelds, Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden, it will only be logical to also come along with the upcoming DLC packs for Xenoverse. Also, with a new form for Frieza, Goku is also going to require some upgrades.
Though, questions and doubts will be ironed out in the near future. As of the moment, players can have their hopes high and wish that Goku's new super saiyan level will be added in the game. There is no doubt that the developers of Dragon Ball Xenoverse are trying to tease people of the upcoming DLC 3 to be released soon.
