"The Flash" spoilers reveal that there will be more crossover scenes with "Arrow," as Joe (Jesse Martin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) head to Starling City and enlist help from Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) to investigate Dr. Wells, ComicBook.com wrote. According to the outlet, Cisco will meet Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), who will ask him for a favor.
Barry will contend against a meta-human named Hannibal Bates (Martin Novotny), who can change his appearance and resemble anyone he touches, including Iris (Candice Patton), Eddie (Rick Cosnett), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and The Flash. As seen on the last episode titled, "All Star Team Up," Barry asked for help from Felicity (Emily Rickards) and Ray (Brandon Routh) in order to stop a meta-human named Brie Larvan (Emily Kinney) from unleashing a swarm of robotic bees.
International Business Times reported that the upcoming episode also gives fans a glimpse into the most-awaited confrontation between Barry and Dr. Wells. As seen in the new promo clip, Barry heads to the place where the car accident took place, which took the life of Wells' fiancé. Eobard Thawne, who was responsible for the accident, took control of her body, but apparently, Barry and Joe will find Wells' deceased body. Will Barry find the evidence that he needs to prove the truth about Wells to Caitlin and Cisco?
The upcoming episode is directed by Wendey Stanzler while Ray Utarnachitt and Cortney Norris penned the script. "Arrow" Season 1 Episode 19, titled "Who Is Harrison Wells" airs on Tuesday, April 21 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
