"Dying Light" recently released its 1.5.1 patch, and so far, avid gamers find it amazing in terms of performance, covering its campaign more and its frame rate as well. According to some reviews, they highlighted the patch's ability to increase the FPS required, while removing the AA option of the gameplay.
This new patch was developed by Techland to address the problems of the game graphics affecting the entire performance of "Dying Light" such as the gameplay and the weapons. The patch was made for PC and Linux versions.
Before this patch arrived to gamers, "Dying Light" experienced a lot of improper optimization of its graphics in accordance to the platform needs. Thus, there was trouble in its unexpected frame rate as well as its visual issues.
Although the game developer has already fixed these problems through patch 1.5.1, there are still some errors in parts of the game. But they were tolerable, as cited by the gamers.
Design & Trend reported, "A few bugs that were fixed across both platforms related to Be The Zombie mode notifications duplicated weapons and achievements."
Aside from these patches, Techland will also consider having this available in either of the next-generation consoles. They may choose either PS4 or Xbox One for the next feature release, particularly on its gameplay and weapon change. But they weren't still fixed on this; however, they will keep their fans updated about this one.
Another thing to excite gamers is the upcoming DLC which is scheduled to arrive soon. Techland hasn't discussed further details about this DLC but they gave hints. They mentioned that it will be containing new map areas, vehicles, and crossbow weaponry.
Recently, reports stated the new mod tool suggestions released by the game developer. They said that they will be available for PC platform via Steam. Like the DLC, this mod will be creating changes in the game through its suite of tools that give chances to players' creativity and ease of access to be exposed.
