This year is truly a year for the future of gaming. The video consoles seem far from release, but the Internet has plenty of ideas on how these consoles could change the way people perceive gaming.
With millions of gaming fanatics, it's easy to find out what are the best and most likely expectations of the gaming industry. Here are sneak peaks on the most anticipated game consoles of the year:
Microsoft's Xbox Two
According to Value Walk, the Xbox Two is likely set to release in the next five years. The gaming console might also turn Kinect into one of it's main features and the possibility of no longer needing Blu-ray discs for gaming is also rumored.
Sony's PlayStation 5
In an interview with Nikkei Shinbun, Executive Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment reveals a PS5 in the future, "I think there'll be a PS5. However, I don't know what form it'll have. It could be a physical console, or it could be in the cloud." Ito added that, "Even if the form might change, PS5 Games will be born. This is what we want".
According to Latinos Post, the PS5 along with the Xbox Two is rumored to release in 2020.
Nintendo's NX
Little is known about Nintendo's NX but rest assured that it's going to be a big surprise. President and CEO of Nintendo Satoru Iwata notes that the NX is "going to change video gaming life". More information is said to be revealed next year, but surely, the NX will be Wii U's replacement
