A leak recently surfaced on a Chinese website that showed a Xiaomi Mi 4i device. Further, Xiaomi just launched the Mi Note Pro and the Mi Note Black Edition.
The leaked image of the alleged Xiaomi Mi 4i showed it as having thin bezels, which had a general shape similar to the Mi 4. Though the logo was still in the same place, the sensors and the front-facing camera were positioned differently. This implied that the Mi 4i is not going to be exactly similar to the Xiaomi Mi 4, as most assumed.
The device was also rumored to be introduced very soon in India on April 23. However, it is not yet known if the device is going to be released in other markets too.
The Xioami Mi 4i is said to have the following features:
- 5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080 resolution) display
- 2 GB of RAM
- 16 GB of storage
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz
- Adreno 405 GPU
- 13 MP rear camera, with LED flash
- 5 MP front camera
- Android 5.0.2, with MIUI OS
Meanwhile, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun reportedly posted in his official Weibo account that Xiaomi Mi Note Pro (priced at CNY 3,299/Rs. 32,900) is going to be available for registration beginning May 6. This device has the following specifications:
- 5.7-inch 1440 x 2560 resolution (515 ppi) capacitive touch screen
- 4 GB of RAM
- 64 GB of storage
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 810
- 13 MP rear camera, with LED flash
- 4 MP front camera
- Android 4.4, with MIUI 6
Xiamo did not only introduce the Mi Note Pro, but as well launched the Xiaomi Mi Note Black Edition. The Mi Note Black Edition was reportedly introduced at CNY 2,499 (Rs. 25,000). However, its availability is limited, with only 30,000 units.
The Mi Note Black Edition has the same specifications as with the Mi Note, such as 5.7-inch (1080 x 1920 pixels) display, 2.5 GHz Processor, 4 MP front camera, 3 GB of RAM, Android 4.4 OS, and many more.
