'Once Upon a Time' Season 4 Episode 20: Is Lily the daughter of Maleficent?

By

The latest episode of "Once Upon A Time" will take viewers into another journey; this time taking a look at Emma's childhood friend Lily. Much has been learned about the character from past episodes but plenty more will be revealed in the 20th episode of the fourth season aptly titled "Lily". The daughter of Maleficent, Lily is set to be reunited with old friend Emma but on slightly less friendly terms.

Lily is set to come to Storybrooke with the aim of punishing Snow White and Prince Charming. Of course, Emma would have none of that. This would make a good storyline as Lily and Emma are very good friends when they were young.

An official synopsis is yet to be released, but fans are already guessing that something unlikely is about to happen. After all, it has been hinted by Lana Parilla who plays the role of the Evil Queen that episode 20 in the fourth season will have a "surprise".

There are also talks that Agnes Bruckner's character Lily may have finally found her own powers. It was established in past episodes that Lily grew up with no magical power. Her coming to Storybrooke looking to punish Snow White and Prince Charming could mean that she has some powers that can make her an adversary to watch out for.

"Once Upon a Time" is a major draw for ABC as it continues to post good ratings. While the number of viewers show a decline from the first to the fourth season, the 9.47 million viewers on the season premier is a good indication that viewers are still in love with the series.

The 19th episode focused on the origins of Cruella de Vil. The episode featured Emma battling Cruella which can be quite a warm-up before Lily's arrival.
