'Metal Gear 5: The Phantom Pain' Releases New Online Maps, Customization Options in Gameplay? Kojima-Konami feud ends game series?

New features were added for Metal Gear 5: The Phantom Pain game series, which will be slated for release this coming September 1, 2015. While waiting for this multi-platform game official release, the game developer recently announced new updates for the game.

Kojima Productions were cited to develop new online map customization for the game. These maps were said to be "big enough to make a sniper feel viable and useful in the battlefield."

On the other hand, they also said that they are hopeful that these additions that were released for their avid fans will be helpful to them. By saying so, it would be a great satisfactory rate for them in their end. Kojima said, "It's important to us, if that helps."

Furthermore, with the customization, what the fans could expect is the better signal speeds that match to the info screens and perhaps, this would also address to the connectivity issues of the gameplay as a whole.

Aside from keeping their selves busy with the customization of these features and on the maps, they are also trying to make something to oppose the cheaters. However, they revealed that they won't be adding trophies or achievements with the new instalment.

So far, what Kojima Productions said to the masses is a statement in response to the entire development plan that they have for their game. With that, they hired the best or the professional game designers and developers to produce amazing game titles for their gamers, by saying,

"While we appreciate all fan feedback, we aren't looking to fans to decide our entire development plan. We hire experienced professional game designers/developers and ultimately decide what works best for the game."

They added, "Rest assured however we continue to listen to the community and will revise the game as needed. That is why we have sought the community for feedback and regularly take it in. We appreciate the support and hope you will enjoy the system, as free or limited as it feels in context of the game."

Meanwhile, there were reports appeared online that Metal Gear 5 might be the last project of the game developer and Konami. This is was in relation to the recent news of the feud between these two big game developers.

Kojima Productions will release Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain in PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC platforms.
