With this year's initial release, Persona 5 was rumored to have a more difficult gameplay to connect especially to the new players to join. There were several reasons slated by some sources. One of them said that this was because of the nature of the RPG format, which Japan is continuously using until the modern times.
However, there are some who explained that it might be that the Japanese modern generation's taste to their games has dramatically changed from time to time. In this case, since Persona 5 is developed under a Japanese plot or storyline, this might lead to conclude that the new or the beginning players would find it hard to adjust to the mechanics due to the nature of the gameplay itself.
What is more intriguing is that the trailer that was earlier released. Because of that, from the game trailer of Persona 5 itself, it has already stirred the minds of the gamers regarding the entire plot of the game, making it a bit more aggressive and extremely difficult to figure out.
As one of the reports said, "Some of the games are extremely difficult and of course their storylines can be pretty insane, and kind of a chore to follow at times," which supports the previous claim that it might be the nature of the storyline lead to this theory that Persona 5 might be too difficult to beginning players because of this particular reason.
With regards to the release date, it would be filled with great combat, fantastic characters, wacky storylines, and of course, the beautiful art design, which is the signature of the game. Since Persona 5 has been on those games with outstanding cinematics, it is natural for those avid gamers to expect a lot with the game especially with this year's official release.
Though Atlus has not been announcing a lot about its game details to the public, at least, with their released trailer, plus these rumors that were stated online will be their only channel to dig in to deeper details of the entire gameplay.
Persona 5 is set to arrive, hopefully but inconclusive, this year.
