The latest issue of the Weekly Shounen Jump magazine in Japan revealed the new characters and items that players will get in the Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC Pack 3. Although the game's third DLC is still yet to come, the third pack is already getting much speculation and is much awaited because of the exciting new features and items included in it.
The most controversial brand new playable character from Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC Pack 3 is Frieza's Golden or Super Saiyan form from the new movie Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'. In the movie, Frieza is somehow revived stronger than ever in a golden form. So it is expected that the Golden Frieza from the 3rd DLC will also be just as strong.
With Frieza's Golden form coming, players are also expecting Goku's new super saiyan form to be included in the pack. The new super saiyan form is also featured in Dragon Ball Z's new movie with Goku's spiky blue hair differentiating this form from his previous super saiyan form. However, Goku's new super saiyan form has not yet been officially confirmed by Bandai Namco to be included in the third DLC.
The 3rd expansion also includes two new masters. One of the new masters is master Jaco while the other one is still unknown. The pack also includes five new parallel quests, thirteen new ultimate attacks, two new accessories, three new Z-souls, and one new full costume which is Gohan's green jersey.
The Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC 3 release date has not yet been announced but it is expected to come around some time in late April. Dragon Ball Xenoverse was released last February and has shipped over 1.5 million units worldwide in a matter of weeks. The game is now available in all regions on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC platforms.
