Actress Mila Kunis is being sued for allegedly stealing a chicken from a childhood friend 25 years ago. Kunis and fiancé Ashton Kutcher just laughed off the accusation and uploaded a mocking video.
A CHICKEN NAMED DOGGIE
According to a report, Kristina Karo, a Ukrainian singer who is now based in the U.S., has accused Mila Kunis for stealing one of her chickens when they were about 5 years old. She claims she and the actress were childhood friends back in Ukraine. Allegedly, they used to play with her favourite chicken named Doggie. It quoted the lawsuit as saying that when Karo confronted her about it, Kunis responded by saying Karo has a lot of other chickens to play with at their farm anyway.
The Ukranian singer is suing the actress because of the emotional turmoil the incident has brought her. The source said after Karo transferred to L.A. to chase her singing dream, memories kept flashing back since she has gotten close to where Mila Kunis is also based now. The lawsuit is seeking $5000 for damages to cover therapy costs and the supposed ordeal it has brought on the popstar.
ACTRESS AND FIANCE RESPOND
Mila Kunis together with her fiance Ashton Kutcher responded to the accusation by uploading a video on Meerkat, a livestreaming application. According to a report, in the said video, Kutcher sarcastically asks Kunis if she stole a chicken from an English-speaking 1-month old child in Ukraine. He mockingly said that it was the smartest girl he had ever heard of. The actress jokingly said that it had nothing to do with her music video and it was just accidental.
The report said Mila Kunis was pertaining to Karo's music video entitled "Give me Green card". She mockingly said sorry that she had stolen the singer's chicken tough she does not remember which. Moreover, Kunis said, pun intended, that she would like to file a counter lawsuit of the same worth of damages for making her watch her MTV "shamelessly."
Karo has also another music video entitled "I Love America". According to a report, aside from YouTube videos, she also performs at gay clubs.
Mila Kunis, who once lived in Ukraine, still has not directly nor indirectly addressed yet if she did stole a chicken before. Rather, for now, she has chosen to make light of the issue.
