Apple has seen big profit sales of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in the Chinese market, totaling to a 71% (US$16.8 billion) revenue. It seems that this momentum is bound to continue as rumors about the iPhone 7 release this year gets stronger. In the iPhone 7, features expected to include are wireless charging, VoLTE, and many more.

iPhone 7 wireless charging, VoLTE, and others

There are speculations that the rumored iPhone 7 is not going to be as big as the iPhone 6 Plus. Rather, it would probably come out similar to the size of the iPhone 5s. Wireless charging is also expected to be featured in the iPhone 7, which was supposed to come out with the iPhone 5s, but was delayed. When the technology was not launched with the iPhone 6, others said that it is getting obvious that the next iPhone is definitely going to come out with it.

The RAM is also expected to be improved from the usual 1 GB into a possible 2 GB, similar to the iPad Air 2. Further, a better camera is going to be equipped in the iPhone 7. Three previously announced that they are planning to roll out VoLTE, or voice over, by the end of September 2015. This will give customers a high-definition voice calls and faster connection times. They also confirmed that VoLTE is going to support on the next iPhone, tipped as the iPhone 7. Other features that are expected to include are 60% stronger Liquid Metal alloy blasted with zirconia beads, Force Touch, DSLR-like camera quality, Google+, and richer and powerful UI.

Apple sales soaring in China

Meanwhile, Apple continue to reap big profits from the Chinese market. Recent, quarterly profit result showed that Apple was able to sell more iPhones in China than in the United States for the first time. The gift buying of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in the Chinese New Year contributed greatly to the sales profit, which was estimated to be at 71% (US$16.8 billion) revenue.

Apple's Tim Cook said that the company is now in "many more cities than we were before," already having 21 retail stores in larger China. This is also expected to grow to 40 stores in the middle of the year. "I've never seen as many people coming into the middle class as they are in China and that's where the bulk of our sales are going. And so we're really proud of the results there and will continue to invest in the country," said Mr. Cook.
