The much awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is nearing its release date and many Samsung fans are now at their toes as to what surprises the Korean-based company will have in store for their users. The strongest possibility for the upcoming Galaxy Note series is that it will launch an Edge model together with its standard model.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is said to follow the footsteps of the recently released Galaxy Edge. The Note 5 will be sporting an Edge design as well as a dual-curved screen. Aside from the new design, the Samsung galaxy note 5 is expected to sport a Super AMOLED Ultra HD with 2160 x 3840 pixels as reported by Phone Arena. The AMOLED screen according to IBT is bendable and is even thinner than human hair. This would mean that users can expect the device to be really thin.
There will be two variants for the phablet, the standard and the edge model. The standard model will be at 5.89 inches diagonal while the Edge model is cited at 5.78 inches diagonal. It is also expected to be made available with a 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB storage options.
According to Value Walk, the Samsung galaxy note 5 will be sporting a similar glass and metal design as that of the S6. It will also be hosting the same features of the S6 like the Samsung Pay (which is similar to the popular Apple Pay), fingerprint sensor, and TouchWiz upgrades. The Note 5 will also sport wireless charging, removable back cover, and a micro SD slot.
With regards to its camera, the Galaxy Note 5 will be hosting a dual-camera technology. It will be sporting a 21 MP main camera and a 6 MP front shooter. Samsung fans may also expect a promising battery life with a 4000 mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to be launched in the IFA event in September held in Berlin, Germany. The most awaited phablet is expected to sell up to $900.
