'Mad Max' Game gets September release; Setting takes place on dystopian outback; Players expects Nemesis system from Shadow of Mordor

The new Mad Max game has the internet buzzing with high expectations. Gamers believe that it will be a similar surprise like when Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor came out September of last year. The game is slated for release on PC Linux and Microsoft Windows, and consoles PS4 and Xbox One in North America on September 1, Australia on September 2 and in Europe on September 4, 2015.

From Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment comes another film-to-game masterpiece. Mad Max the game is set in the events after 1979 film of the same name with Mel Gibson. In a dystopian future set in the Australian outback, Mad Max roams the wide open expanse of the desert plains. He encounters a group of raiders run him off and steals his Pursuit Special.

The new Mad Max game is already visually stunning. The open world environment with switchable first-to-third person perspective developed by Avalanche Studios seems to have a world of gameplay possibilities. In his quest to recover his prized vehicle, Mad Max needs to strategically complete objectives with the help of Chumbucket and his newly setup Magnum Opus.

Similarly, gamers believe that it would be more interesting if Mad Max had a similar Nemesis system used in Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. Unlike Talion who was bestowed with wraith-like abilities, Mad Max is a regular person who wants to exact revenge on his enemies through combat strategies. Mad Max's open world environment and vengeance-driven strategy would make for a more unpredictable setting if incorporated with the Nemesis system.

In-game options include customizing the Magnum Opus through found objects throughout the barren desert, or by stealing car parts from enemies. Gamers have high expectations for Mad Max to come out and surprise everybody like Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor.

The much-awaited Mad Max game will be released on PC Linux and Microsoft Windows and for PS4 and Xbox One consoles on September 1, 2015 and slated for release in Australia on September 2, and in Europe on September 4.
