Destiny House of Wolves – Trials of Osiris Release Date May 19, Multiplayer Event Teaser Set for Tomorrow

By

The game that has been considered one of the best games of 2014, Destiny will be launching a new competitive mode called the “Trials of Osiris,” which will be included in the House of Wolves. Though there are no detailed information about the contents of this new mode, a preview trailer gives fans something new to look forward to.

According to Polygon’s take on the trailer, it apparently confirms that the new multiplayer mode will have a three-on-three match. Also, new sets of gold colored armor can be seen and an apparent new set of devastating weapons.

A detailed breakdown was made by IGN pinpointing the subtle details on the new set of armor that has an Egyptian motif. The theme color of Osiris is a deep, golden yellow and almost every armor and weapon in this DLC have been tinted with the Osiris color, which is pleasing to the eye.

Destiny at first had a rocky release, especially due to a slew of problems, which is game breaking for some enthusiasts. However, the game’s developer, Bungie worked on feverishly to fix an apparently broken game post release. At the moment, the game seemed to be stable and the new DLCs and the House of Wolves Expansion may finally pump Destiny into one of the best games in current gaming consoles.

Polygon also pointed that come May 6, Bungie will also unveil the Prison of Elders, which is another much anticipated DLC for Destiny. Many are hoping that on the Twitch livestream on April 29 at 11am PT. Bungie would leak some more information about the House of Wolves, the Trials of Osiris and the Prison of Elders. Destiny House of Wolves along with its DLCs will be available for download on its release date, May 19 for the PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and PC.
