Acer has announced that it will bring to the U.S. market its flagship smart phone for 2015 next month, the Acer Liquid X 2. The latest flagship smart phone brought by Acer brings with it a premium design and extremely competitive specs like its three SIM card slots. The Acer Liquid X2 smart phone was announced at the Global Launch Event held in New York together with the Liquid Leap wearable, Predator Gaming Range, and new Windows devices.
The Acer Liquid X2 sports a 5.5 inch HD display. Also, unlike other smart phones which use a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the Acer phone will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core processor. According to some reports, the Liquid X2 handles a 13 megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture front and back which is similar to that of the LG G4. The smartphone hosts an impressive 4000 mAh battery which means more time for users to enjoy the Liquid X2 experience. The Liquid X2 also appears to be thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S6 or the new iPhone but it is still thin enough to fit comfortable into the pockets of its users.
The company has not given a lot of details regarding the full specification of their flagship smartphone, but it did reveal that it contains a number of Acer customized software designs which certainly sets it apart from other smartphones.
According to Ecumenical News, the Acer Liquid X2 bears with it customizable digital switches which can be used to access the camera, apps, games, music control, and battery life. The switch which can be found through the vertical cutout in the Quick Touch flip case enables the users to manipulate the apps without opening the case.
Overall, one could conclude the Acer Liquid X2 is a smartphone fit for a free-soul, or one who is most likely to not stay in one place. The tri-SIM support and the outstanding battery life is enough to serve fully a person who is fond of travelling away from the main lands. Plus, the Acer Liquid X2 is available in 4 colors, the red, blue, brown, and white models.
