Though more well-known for her body-hugging amazon style fighting outfit complete with bullet-deflecting bangles, it appears as though Wonder Woman will be looking just a little bit different for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The addition to her look is a long flowing cape, introducing more edginess to a character already well known for how viciously she can lay down the law. The caped Wonder Woman look appears in promotional art for the upcoming Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice. It doesn't appear to be anything over the top, as the cape shown in the photo is blue lined with gold fabric, according to iDigital Times.
Gal Gadot, the actress who will be playing Wonder Woman for the film, is the one also depicted in the promo art, and it certainly looks as though she is pulling off the superhero thing very well, according to Cinema Blend. Gadot as Wonder Woman will be getting her own solo film in 2017, but with that film still two years away, people are understandably excited to see just exactly how she will look during her first official onscreen appearance.
In addition to the Wonder Woman's appearance being revealed for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, a closer look at Batman's trusty Batwing was also recently unveiled. The Batwing already made an initial appearance in the trailer released for the film, but fans were unsure whether or not it was the real deal since it opened fire on some baddies with guns, a particular piece of artillery that the Caped Crusader is not a big fan of, according to Movie Pilot.
It appears as though that was indeed the Batwing however, and interestingly enough, it also looks as if the newly remodeled vehicle could be capable of multi-purpose traveling. Fans are saying the unusual shape of Batwing in the promotional art released for the film indicates that it will be submarine/airplane hybrid, but that's speculation for now.
Fans will simply have to wait for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice to premiere on March 25, 2016 to learn more about the Batwing and Wonder Woman.
