Star Wars: The Force Awakens

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is not just an addition to the franchise started by George Lucas but Disney also plans Episode 7 to be the beginning of a multi-movie franchise. The story of "The Force Awakens" picks up 30 years after the "Return of the Jedi" and will have the original actors reprise their roles including Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, and Mark Hamill. Official intel about the movie is still limited but with or without official information, it is undoubtedly one of the most talked about movie of 2015.

Jurassic World

Chris Pratt lead stars in "Jurassic World," which will focus on the dangerous situation caused by the escape of a hybrid dinosaur from its cage. Pratt, who plays the theme park's staff, Owen, will lead the theme park's security team to contain the hybrid in their facility to avoid even worse damages.

Terminator: Genisys

The fifth installment in the "Terminator" franchise seems both a reboot and a sequel to the previous movies. "Terminator: Genisys" focuses on Kyle Reese's return to save John Connor's mother, Sarah Connor. However, Kyle did not expect that Sarah is already preparing for his return for a long time. One of the biggest twists of "Genisys" is John Connor becomes part human-part robot and possibly the movie's most notorious villain.

Mad Max: Fury Road

"Mad Max: Fury Road" is the fourth sequel in the franchise that started in 1979. This year's "Mad Max" follows the story of Max (Tom Hardy) and Furiosa (Charlize Theron), the two rebels who might just bring back the order in the world that lost its sense of humanity and where the fight for survival is the way of life.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

Based on Suzanne Collins' book series, "The Hunger Games" is set in a dystopian society that follows the story of Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), who's life changed when she volunteered to enter the Games prepared by The Capitol. According to "Mockingjay part 2" director Francis Lawrence, the last sequel's approach will be different as the story enters a war storyline. It will also cap "The Hunger Games" franchise when it drops on November.
