"The Walking Dead" spoilers reveal that Rick and the rest of the team will be staying within the Alexandria Safe Zone for season 6. While the release rate for AMC's zombie thriller series has yet to be announced, fans are already wondering what does season 6 hold for Rick, Glenn, Daryl, Aaron, Morgan, and the rest of the team, as they settle down in Alexandria?
Executive producer, Robert Kirkman previously hinted that Rick and Morgan will take the center stage on season six and his return will "change the show's dynamic." As seen on the last episode of season 5, Rick shot Pete in the head at the same time as Morgan's arrival in Alexandria. iDigital Times pointed out that Morgan considers "all life precious" and would never do anything against anyone even those who wish to harm him. It would be interesting for "The Walking Dead" fans to see how Morgan and Rick's reunion will play out in season 6.
Co-executive producer Greg Nicotero recently hinted to the same outlet that the Wolves are building a "zombie army" using humans as bait. He also revealed that Rick and the rest of the team will remain in Alexandria and will try to co-exist and mingle with the rest of the Alexandrians.
Meanwhile, Daryl Dixon is rumored to find a new love interest in season six, Inquisitr reported. According to the outlet, "The Walking Dead" season six will see the addition of a new member named, "Allison" who is described as a "smart, artful, and charming psychologist." The outlet cited that Allison and Daryl share a lot of things in common and may find comfort in each other's shoulders.
"The Walking Dead" fans may have a lot of say in this, as most viewers have been rooting for Daryl and Carol during the past seasons of the series. Unfortunately, Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl, seemingly hinted that a relationship between Daryl and Carol is highly unlikely to happen in the show.
