More and more devices were confirmed to receive Android 5.0 updates in their respective regions and carriers very soon. The Lollipop upgrade is going to hit Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note 3 Neo, Galaxy S5, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Spark, and HTC One M7.
Android 5.0 Update for Samsung devices
It seemed that the roll out of the Android 5.0 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is hitting more regions as Samsung Morocco and Samsung Portugal said that their region will be receiving the Lollipop upgrade. Samsung Denmark as well as other U.K. carriers confirmed that their region would be receiving the 5.0 update. However, some regions confirmed that their area will not be receiving the Lollipop upgrade for the Note 2, such as Samsung Gulf.
Other than the Galaxy Note 2, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo was also confirmed to be the next device to get the Android 5.0 update. Samsung Netherlands officially verified through its Twitter account that the Lollipop upgrade would be hitting Note 3 Neo units in The Netherlands very soon.
Additional Samsung devices to receive the Android 5.0 update include:
- Galaxy S5
- Bulgaria; model code SM-G900F; PDA code G900FXXU1BOA3 and G900FXXU1BOD3
- Poland; model code SM-G900F; PDA code G900FXXU1BOC7
- Galaxy Note 3
- South Korea; model code SM-N900S; PDA code N900SKSU0GOD2
U.S. Carrier Sprint also rolled out Android 5.0 updates for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and S4 Spark.
The Galaxy S4 will be having L720VPUGOD2 while the Galaxy S4 Spark would have L720TVPUCOD2, bringing features such as the Factory Reset Protection, Material Design, on and off toggles, onscreen notification, floating action buttons, and improved TouchWiz.
Android 5.0 update for HTC One M7
Aside from Sprint, Verizon also rolled out Android 5.0 updates for the HTC One M7 devices. Once the Lollipop upgrade hit their units, owners could expect features such as:

- Added support for lock screen notifications with the ability to select privacy and priority level for each app
- New interface for Recents section
