Dragon Age: Inquisition Single Player DLC for PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 OUT Next Week; New Dragon, Frost Back Basin, Massive Quests, Fierce Enemies Added

Dragon Age: Inquisition Single Player and the first major story DLC, Jaws of Hakkon, finally arrives next week to PS4, PS3 and Xbox 360 offering tons of epic items such as new dragon, massive quests, Frostback Basin, fierce enemies and weapons.

The controversial game's first major story expansion was announced by BioWare via Twitter on Friday that Dragon Age:Inquisition Jaws of Hakkon DLC will be finally released on May 26. Players will have to shell out US$15 on a 1.5GB download which was first hinted at on the official Dragon Age Twitter account some time before the announcement came out.

The Jaws of Hakkon is set in a wilderness inhabited by the fierce Avvar hunter people in the southern mountains of Thedas. Players will explore an "ancient Tevinter fortress that hides a dangerous secret" which they encounter powerful enemies to get legendary armor and weapons, and "confront an ancient god of war bent on destroying the world."

As for the content, this Dragon Age: Inquisition single player DLC features a new map called Frostback Basin, which shares similarities to the Hinterlands and follows the fate of Ameridan, the last Inquisitor.as well as that of the dragon he hunted 800 years prior to the storyline. Ameridan happens to be the leader of the last Inquisition preceding the existence of the Templars and the Chanrtry.

Moreover, new armor, weapons, numerious side quests and lot of enemies and included in the upcoming expansion. The Frostback Basin aims high level players given that the minimum recommended is 20.

Dragon Age Inquisition Single Player DLC, Jaws of Hakkon, was first made available on and Xbox One timed exclusive deal with between Electronic Arts and Microsoft. Bioware is a company of Electronic Arts and as a part of this agreement, BioWare was not allowed to talk on when the content would be released on other platforms, not until they revealed it on Twitter on May 1st.
