'Shaun the Sheep' will cover you lots of wools as he and his friends will be seen on big screens soon! The movie released its latest trailer, five movie clips and four character featurettes. Presented by Aardman Animations (creators of 'Chicken Run' and 'Wallace and Gromit') and StudioCanal, 'Shaun the Sheep' will definitely bring us to being a child again.
'Shaun the Sheep' will introduce new Aardman characters like Slip, a city orphan dog who will help Shaun to survive the day; and the cruel animal warden named Trumper. Shaun and his friends will travel a long way from their farm to look for the missing Farmer who was taken away because of Shaun's naughtiness. During their journey, they will slowly learn how to appreciate every little thing in life and the people around who love them.
On the other hand, director Nick Park will also follow 'Shaun the Sheep' with the movie 'Early Man.' Many people liked what they saw after the StudioCanal and Aardman unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival their new visuals for the film.
John O'Farrell and Mark Burton will write the script for the 'Early Man' movie and will be directed by Nick Park. "I'm very excited to be making this film with such great partners - StudioCanal and BFI. And with the support of the incredible team at Aardman, bringing this inept bunch of cavemen to life is going to be a hilarious adventure," Park said in a statement.
'Early Man' will be about the early times of mankind, with mammoths and dinosaurs still around. Then, one caveman will stand up for his tribe against an enemy and save his fellows.
According to reports, offers and negotiations from different countries took place during the festival. StudioCanal plans to self-distribute it in France, Germany, New Zealand, Australia and UK, adding the closed deals in countries in Asia, Eastern Europe and Italy.
'Shaun the Sheep' will be released in the US on August 7, 2015.
