'Naruto Gaiden : The Seventh Hokage Chapter 4' is finally here and we get to find out how our beloved ninja fared against the mysterious attacker that's after Sarada. The journey also continues with Naruto deciding to bring Sarada along to meet her father. A heartbreaking reunion is also expected on the upcoming Naruto Gaiden Chapter 5 as Sarada is finally meets Sasuke.
In the last chapter of "Naruto Gaiden" Sarada and Chou Chou were attacked by a mysterious character who introduced himself as Shin Uchiha. He was demanding Sarada to come with him and even attacked Chou Chou. As Chou Chou was about to face a fatal blow from Shin, the Seventh Hokage, Naruto appeared.
Naruto Gaiden Chapter 4 begins with the explosive Naruto and Shin confrontation. The scene starts with Chou Chou ecstatic for having being saved by Naruto. Naruto confidently and even cockily told Shin how he needed to speed things up given that he had a lot of questions to ask. Shin's eyes slowly began changing and Naruto was surprised to find that his opponent possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan. Shin attacks, his trick shuriken exploding and the blades trying to wrap around and stab Chou Chou and Sarada. Naruto just coolly stands there both protecting the two and attacking Shin using his nine-tailed power. But it seems that Shin is also fast since he's able to avoid Naruto's attacks. A strange creature appears beside Shin and breaks up the fight, saying how Shin can't defeat Naruto. The two then strangely disappeared and left Naruto thinking how the creature knows the space-time technique (Jikukan Ninjutsu). A third villain, as speculated, appeared in this chapter of the "Naruto Gaiden."
After the fight, Sarada goes to retrieve the lunch box Boruto brought for his father. Chou Chou talks with Naruto asking if there's a chance he could be her father. Naruto seems bewildered with her question as Chou Chou continues on to say that the mysterious person was targeting maidens like them. But Naruto replies that they seem to be after Sarada. Sarada is surprised and confused as to why somebody would want to go after her. Naruto was quick to comfort her, patting her head and saying how he'll protect her. For a moment Sarada had that quick look of surprise in her eyes, looking up at Naruto until finally she smiled a small smile of relief.
Naruto decided to bring them with him since its quite dangerous for them to travel on their own back to Konoha. He revealed how he's going to go to the tower and even told Sarada that she'll be meeting her father, Sasuke. She was definitely surprised by the news and wasn't able to answer Chou Chou's question about her dad since she doesn't remember him. Naruto was kind enough to share memories about Sasuke while they ate the lunch box that the children brought over. He shared how Sasuke was just like him - good looking, popular with girls but lacking in the social department unlike him. He goes on to say that Sasuke was his rival and how that's never changed. But he did tell Sarada how she looked very much like her father, except for the glasses and Sarada was happy to hear that.
The three continued their hike towards the tower until finally they see an outline of the building just amidst barren trees. Sarada went on ahead, excited to reach the Ridge Tower to see her father. She goes inside yelling "Papa" and sees a man clad in a black cloak sitting on the floor. She stares at Sasuke as he slowly gets up, but Sasuke draws out his sword saying how she's able to finally find the place. The chapter ends with Sasuke drawing his sword, pointing it to Sarada asking if she's one of "that creep's" friends.
This exciting addition to the Naruto Gaiden The Seventh Hokage series brought a lot of discussion amongst fans about Shin's abilities, Naruto's fighting style and the exciting reunion of Sarada and Sasuke.
Fans are speculating that Sasuke has either forgotten about Sarada or doesn't even know that she existed. It's also going to be interesting how the Naruto and Sasuke reunion will play out. But whatever the answer is, Chapter 5 will surely provide an exciting continuation to this Naruto saga.
