With Oda back on board, a remastered version of the game franchise is something really worth looking forward too.

The "Resident Evil 0" was a prequel to the first Resident Evil game. It was relaunched in 2008 for Wii Video Game consoles in Japan. After which it was sold in the American market having the label of Resident Evil Archive. The players can expect a whole new level of gaming experience thanks to the the game features to be highlighted in this new version, a "partner zapping system" wherein they can control and exchange between characters during gameplay is now possible allowing players to make the most out of every skill their character possess. The players could switch their characters from Rebecca Chambers to a police officer and vice versa. Aside from switching characters, the players can also control the characters at the same time or make them work individually to explore different areas in the game. In addition, instead of letting the character save up their items in a box, the player can let their characters drop their items and take them back at a later time.

Basically, the "Resident Evil" storyline revolves around Rebecca Chambers, the S.T.A.R.S Medic, and Billy Coen who is a convict. The two had to work together in order to survive from the viral T-Virus outbreak. Both had to look into a series of murders and solves several puzzles in the game.

"Resident Evil 0" Remastered will be released for PS3, PS4, XBox 360, XBox One and PC on 2016. This will be the first time a non-Nintendo gaming platform is made available for the avid fans of Resident Evil and other game enthusiasts. Thus, a huge success is expected surpassing the 1 million copy sales Resident Evil had in during its release.
