'Conan The Barbarian' sequel adds Patrick Schwarzenegger to follow father's footsteps? Miley Cyrus mum on film

Producer and writer Chris Morgan - known for movies Fast and Furious 6 (2013), 47 Ronin (2013) and Wanted (2008) - finally gives fans some updates about the upcoming sequel, 'The Legend of Conan'. Rumor has it that Patrick Schwarzenegger, Arnold Schwarzenegger's son, is going to be added in the cast. Is he going to be the next Conan and follow father's footsteps?

Patrick's ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus, seem to be mum about the film. After all, the two called it quits earlier last month. Details have not been revealed regarding Patrick's role in the film.

It's not his first movie though, because he already appeared in several films including 'Grown Ups 2' (2013) and 'Dear Eleanor' (2014). He is also set to appear as Quarterback Jeff in Paramount Pictures' 'Scouts vs. Zombies', scheduled to be released this October.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will once again play the sword-swinging Conan character in an upcoming movie that is not a reboot, but a true sequel to the 1982 'Conan the Barbarian'. The 67-year-old actor confirms his return in 'The Legend of Conan'.

Based on 1930s-era stories by Robert E. Howard, 'Conan the Barbarian' made more than $100 million in its initial release and help create Arnold as a star. The sequel was actually announced way back in 2012, but production was delayed due to Schwarzenegger's busy schedule.

Schwarzenegger's zombie movie 'Maggie' was just recently released, and he's now preparing publicity for 'Terminator Genisys' which is another franchise return. Reports say that production will start for 'Conan' as soon as Arnold finishes his current commitments.

Chris Morgan explains, "When we meet him again, Conan has been many things over the course of his life - a thief, a warrior, a pirate, a king, a legend - and is now an older man. Think 'Unforgiven' with a sword-wielding barbarian." He also hinted that at least three of the 1982 cast would appear once more in the upcoming sequel.
