Reports say HTC One M8 users are encountering problems with their smartphones after getting the Android 5.0.1 Lollipop operating system update.
Complaints about the freezing of applications with some apps even force closing have been flooding netizen talk. Phone lags and decreased frame rates were also some of the noted new issues.
A major concern voiced by the HTC One M8 users is the decrease in battery life after the update.
Tech circles have noted that the Lollipop update for the HTC One M8 have already been received by all U.S. carriers except Sprint.

The HTC One M8 came with Sense 6 software with the Android 4.4 KitKat running on a quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset at 2.5 GHz and 2GB of DDR2 RAM.
