"Fifty Shades Darker" is one of the most highly anticipated films of 2017. After Universal Pictures confirmed its release this coming February, fans started speculating about the film's possible plot.
Now everyone though liked "Fifty Shades of Grey" so the fate or success of "Fifty Shades Darker" remains uncertain. However, according to Movie Pilot, there are some things that film creators could consider to prove "FSOG" critics wrong.
For instance, "Fifty Shades Darker" should be created in such a way that it will focus more on Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) backstory. According to the publication, thousands of critics across the world poked fun on "Fifty Shades of Grey" because of its lead characters' dialogues. In order to avoid this, "Fifty Shades Darker" should focus more on the Christian and Anastasia's individual lives.
Also according to the same publication, Christian should become more relatable among viewers. This is quite a tricky thing to achieve though because Christian is supposed to be depicted as a mysterious man who has dark secrets.
Meanwhile, there are several new characters that will be introduced in "Fifty Shades of Darker" and each of them will have a crucial role in the film. For instance, there have been reports that "Man of Steele" star Henry Cavill has already been tapped to play Jack Hyde or Christian Grey's biggest enemy, Melty reported.
Another character that will be introduced in "Fifty Shades Darker" is Mrs. Robinson or Christian's former BDSM teacher. Additionally, Christian's former submissive, Leila Williams, will also be shown in the sequel, Design N Trend noted.
As of late, there are no reports yet as to who will play Mrs. Robinson and Leila but fans are looking forward to seeing whether or not Universal Pictures and the new "Fifty Shades Darker" director will do a good job with casting for these important roles.
