June is here and geeks and gamers are getting ready for major reveals from trusted video game developers. The 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo is scheduled to take place in the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California from June 16 to June 18.
The Electronic Entertainment Expo is the annual convention for the videogame industry hosted by the Entertainment Software Association. The convention commonly known as E3 showcase the latest developments and technology in the video game industry. Major developers and publishers oftentimes choose to keep a tight lip on the major games they've set to reveal in their respective press conferences, but this doesn't stop gamers from voicing out major expectations. While E3 2015 officially kick off on the 16th of June, pre-E3 press conferences are scheduled to start a couple of days prior. Major gaming websites like Denofgeek.us offers a free pass from your living room as they schedule live streaming for an inside coverage exclusive.
E3 2015 marks the year that the convention will be open to the public, with the Entertainment Software Association granting 4000-5000 invite-only passes to member companies. E3 2015 also marks the year that Bethesda hosts its first pre-E3 press conference, officially joining major league players Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Sony, Nintendo, and Square Enix.
While the organizers figure out what to do with the details of the event, gamers wait with bated breath for the convention's higher purpose: Games.
