There are no official release from CBS that NCIS: Los Angeles will be renewed for another season. But is more or less confirmed that NCIS : Los Angeles Season 7 is on the go.
According to a report from TVLine, Michael Weatherly is filming as Tony for the next season of the series. If they're filming for the next season, obviously NCIS: Los Angeles Season 7 is in production.
CBS network has been silent in confirming or denying the renewal or cancellation of their long-running shows lately but with this report, this really pretty much confirm the renewal.
In addition, a love will blossom in the show.
In the last season, Chris O'Donnell's portraying the character of Callen is still in a relationship with Joelle, a kindergarten teacher who is portrayed by Elizabeth Bogush in the show.
But, there's a speculation that in the incoming NCIS: Los Angeles Season 7 the two will be in a difficult situation that will affect the relationship of the two. This will cause Callen to meet a new love interest. The new love interest is rumored to be Anastasia Kolcheck, who is portrayed by Bar Paly.
The new love interest is hinted by O'Donnell himself in a recent interview. He says that the person he's going to be involved with will be connected with a character that has appeared in the past episodes of the show.
There's also the love story of Nell and Eric who are played by Renee Felic Smith and Barrett Foa, respectively.
Though, NCIS: Los Angeles Season 7 is expected to focus on the "Densi" pair instead of Nell and Eric's story.
Smith said that, "With Kensi (Daniela Ruah) and Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen), it's kind of tough to have two couples that are actually together at the same time and to show all of that. We've kind of taken a break from the Eric and Nell story while Kensi and Deeks are kind of in the heat of their relationship."
We will find out more about the couples in NCIS: Los Angeles Season 7 and how they will end up in this coming fall on CBS.
