"X-Men: Apocalypse" director Bryan Singer never fails to update the fans of the movie with his behind-the-scene Instagram posts. The latest update comes with a brief preview of Cerebro as well as the training of Angel in the upcoming film.
Bryan Singer has revealed another photo from the set, featuring Charles Xavier's iconic telepathy enhancing machine, Cerebro. And it looks like Ben Hardy is adapting Singer's style in social media as he also posted a photo teaching his character, Angel, how to fly for the upcoming film which is due May 27 next year.
Cerebro is the mutant locating engine used by Professor X in the movies, as Comic Book noted. In the fifth installment of the film series," X-Men: First Class", the machine was reintroduced as a prototype created by Hank McCoy.
According to Cinema Blend, the big, round room has made its silver screen debut in Singer's first X-Men film back in 2000 and has appeared in three more films since. With the director's newly posted photo, it is now finally confirmed that the massive set will be featured at least once in the upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse".
The forthcoming sequel is set to star Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult respectively as Magneto, Professor X, Mystique, and Beast. Coming Soon says that it also features the comeback of Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Lucas Till as Havok and newcomers Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, Lana Condor as Jubilee and Oscar Isaac as the titular villain.
Angel or Archangel will also be seen in the movie that will be portrayed by Ben Hardy. Hardy has recently revealed a photo of him which appears to be wearing a skydiving suit and getting ready for a dive in a tunnel in his flying lessons.
Hardy's character might appear to be an angel but according to IBTimes, he might join the evil forces in "X-Men: Apocalypse".
Meanwhile, the movie is said to be a conclusion of the trilogy which started with "X-Men: First Class" and followed by "X-Men: Days of Future Past". "X-Men: Apocalypse" is expected to hit the big screen on May 27, 2016.
