The trailer for "Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!" is out and sees the horde of sharks heading to Washington DC and attacking the civilians nearby. The latest addition to the disaster film series drops July 22 on Syfy. Meanwhile, one report suggests that Syfy got its inspiration from an odd Manga series that follows the stories of fishes on land.

"Sharknado 3" is sure to bring another set of excitement and sharks to its cult following as proven by the recently released trailer, which sees a lot of screaming people and of course, sharks in the air.

The trailer teased the movie's new location, which is none other than the capital of the United States. Sharks will again be lifted by waterspout to wreak havoc in Washington DC and the people in it.

Radio times wrote that in the third film, sharks are back and is now threatening democracy, which explains one scene from the trailer where a shark rests on the statue of former U.S. president Abraham Lincoln.

According to Deadline, "Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!" will see stars like Tara Reid, David Hasselhof, Ian Ziering, and Cassie Scerbo together with Bo Derek, Ryan Newman and Jack Griffo. Some cameos include Mark Cuban, Ann Coulter, Jerry Springer, Chris Kirkpatrick and Chris Jericho.

Meanwhile, an article from the site Bam Smack Pow claim that "Sharknado" might have gotten its inspiration from a Manga series titled, "Gyo: Tokyo Fish Attack."

According to the site, like Syfy's odd film, the manga series also has a bizarre plot that follows the story of a young man named, Tadashi and his girlfriend Kaori. The two spend their vacation in Okinawa doing scuba-diving then encountered an odd fish with gas-powered legs, obviously a result of experimentations. The fish give off a death stench that infects people who smell it.

Whether or not The Asylum used the said Manga series as basis for the satiric franchise and pitched it to Syfy is not yet confirmed. What's for sure is the return of sharks in the air in "Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!" which will invade Washington DC and our minds on July 22.
