The upcoming video game Star Wars: Battlefront will allow players to customize their characters, but there are limits on what will be allowed for the customization. In the game's official Twitter account, DICE gave fans some idea on the limits on their character customization after a fan asked a question about it.
"Yes, we will offer customization. That said, we won't be letting players create purple Stormtroopers or change Darth Vader's suit color etc," twits EA.
Fans can expect more revelation on the game particularly on its gameplay as it debuts on the E3 event next week.
Star Wars: Battlefront Design Director Niklas Fegraeus promised that he will show more from the game during the event.
"I really look forward to showing you all more from the game as we get closer to release, and for you guys who are asking me when you can see gameplay, I can tell you that we have great plans for E3," wrote Niklas. "...because at E3 this year, Star Wars Battlefront gameplay will make its debut and we're all super excited to show it to you," he added.
Meanwhile, it is reported that C-3PO and his original voice in the movies will be coming to Star Wars: Battlefront. The man behind the voice, Anthony Daniels who has played and voiced C-3PO since the very beginning is said that he recently confirmed his involvement in Star Wars: Battlefront via Twitter:
"One day it's the hilarious YODA CHRONICLES: the next, the astounding BATTLEFRONT! (Just the ying and yang of being C-3PO at the microphone)."
It is interesting is that C-3PO will be appearing in the Star Wars: Battlefront, but game critics doubt it if the golden robot will be a playable character.
Star Wars: Battlefront Star Wars Battlefront officially launches on November 17 for the PlayStation4, Xbox One, and PC and those who pre-order the game can fight the battle on the Planet of Jakku on December 1, a week early from other players who will get access to this free content on December 8th.
